What this site collects, who handles it, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: the topic you pick, your email address and your message, plus your name and a subject line if you add them.
Why
To reply to you. We don’t use it for anything else.
Who handles it
Three companies handle it for us:
- Cloudflare
- Hosts this site, and runs Turnstile, the check that a person is sending the contact form.
- Resend
- Delivers your message to our inbox as an email. Resend keeps a record of each email for 30 days.
- Google Workspace
- Hosts our inbox, hello@dotlabsinc.com.
Like any web host, Cloudflare sees your IP address and browser details when you visit. Turnstile uses signals like these to tell people from bots. Cloudflare says Turnstile doesn’t read what you type into the form.
Cookies and tracking
No analytics, no trackers, and no cookies set by this site. Cloudflare may set its own security cookies to tell people from bots, which it describes as strictly necessary.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. Ask us and we’ll delete yours.
